How do I get started?

How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are online via secure video conferencing. Sessions run 45-60 minutes, typically fortnightly. Special arrangements on frequency and duration are always possible.
What results can I expect?
Clearer thinking about the question you’ve been carrying. Practical frameworks for the specific terrain you’re navigating. And, most importantly, the ability to continue using those frameworks independently after the engagement ends
Is this coaching or mentoring?
Coaching. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you get clearer on what you already know, and support you in acting on it. Where my practitioner experience is directly relevant, I’ll share it. But the work is yours.
What commitment is required?
Regular attendance, genuine openness to reflection, and a willingness to act on what emerges. The work happens between sessions as much as in them
